The Hong Kong SAR Government has implemented the Qualifications Framework (QF), which aims to improve vocational training courses and assist trainees in obtaining quality-assured qualifications through public certification, so that they can establish the goals and directions of their studies and lay a good foundation for future employment.

Certificate of Practice in Basic Catering - Production Division (QF Level 1)

QR Registration No: 17/000074/L

Validity period of QR registration: 01/03/2017 to 28/02/2027

The course covers two major areas of study, including professional skills in the produce department and related general skills, to provide trainees with the basic knowledge and skills training for entry into the catering industry and to help them enter the relevant industry jobs.

Certificate in Basic Bakery Skills (QF Level 1)

QR Registration No: 17/000073/L

Validity Period of QR Registration: 23/01/2017 to 22/01/2027

This course is designed to teach basic baking skills in the bakery industry, including understanding the structure and operation of a bakery, various types of bread making, occupational safety, food hygiene and professional ethics in the catering industry.

Basic Hotel Room Service Certificate (QF Level 1)

QR Registration No: 15/003487/L1

Validity period of QR registration: 1/1/2016 to 31/12/2029

This course covers two major areas of study, including professional skills in hospitality work and related generic skills, to provide trainees with basic knowledge and skills training for entry into the hospitality industry, and to help them enter the related industry.

Certificate in Restaurant Services and Hospitality (QF Level 1)

QR Registration No: 15/003488/L1

Validity period of QR registration: 1/1/2016 to 31/12/2029

The course covers two major areas of study, including the professional skills of restaurant services and hospitality and the related general skills. It provides participants with training on the basic knowledge and skills of restaurant services and hospitality, and helps them enter the related industry jobs.
